Inner Yaga Training

The Inner Yaga Training draws a group of women from many different backgrounds who share the common goal of enriching and healing their relationship with themselves, with others, and with the world. The doorway into our community, and into the evolving inner work that we do, is the beautiful Inner Yaga Training, a two day journey of exploration, introspection, and connection. This experience offers the opportunity to witness the untapped power within yourself and to consciously imagine and direct the possibilities of your life.

This training is staffed by experienced leaders and dedicated Yaga sisters who have facilitated this work for many years.

The Inner Yaga Training is held annually at a retreat site near Portland, Oregon. This year the dates are Oct. 30–Nov. 1, 2026. Hours of the training are Friday 3:00 p.m. through Sunday early afternoon. The training is residential and the fee includes comfortable accommodations and healthy meals. Special dietary needs are provided by our cooks.

Inner Yaga Training (one weekend) - $650
 

Circle Training (one weekend) - $150
 

Inner Yaga Training and Circle Training (both weekends) - $800

 

Circle Training

​

In a circle of women, we practice inner work and personal growth processes with an individual spiritual focus. Circle Training provides the structure, roles, and guidance for a Yaga Circle to function. After attending the Inner Yaga Training, women attend Circle Training to gain the skills necessary for participation in a Yaga Circle.  In most cases, completing the Inner Yaga Training is required.

When and where: Dates to be determined by women attending and held in Seattle, WA, and/or Portland, OR. Hours are (approximately): Saturday 9 a.m. through Sunday 6 p.m.

​

Circle Training is also offered online over a weekend, with dates determined by the women who attend.

 

Scholarships

 

Thanks to generous donors, we have some funds available for women who need financial assistance to attend the Inner Yaga Training and Circle Training. We want to help women enter this sweet and powerful community. If personal financial resources are short of the fees to attend the trainings, we want to understand what you are able to afford. Also, if a woman wants to use a payment plan, that is welcome. Please call 541-270-2257 to initiate this inquiry or complete the last question on the form when you apply for the training.

After you have completed the Inner Yaga Training, you are eligible to staff at the next training. This is a beautiful way to give back and enhance your own experience. Please contact us to sign up for staffing, choose a role, and be present to create this sacred container.
